Event Management
We organize and manage large-scale conferences, including CODE BLUE, Japan's first international information security conference, which brings together world-leading cybersecurity experts. By providing a platform for presenting cutting-edge research, we foster global networking and collaboration.
Talent Development
In collaboration with organizations and communities around the world, we co-founded and continue to organize the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC), an international Capture the Flag (CTF) competition for participants aged 26 and under, and the Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC), which brings together young cybersecurity talent from around the world. We also lead the International Collaboration Working Group of the Security Camp Association, a Japanese general incorporated association. Through community-driven initiatives, including study groups, workshops, and scholarship programs, we support the development of the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and researchers.
Training
We offer licenses for world-class cybersecurity training platforms, including “Hack The Box”, “OffSec”, and “8kSec”, as well as customized private training programs tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each organization. We provide comprehensive support to help corporate clients develop practical, hands-on cybersecurity skills.

Kana Shinoda has extensive experience in security engineering, research in cryptography and cybersecurity, and support for new business development. Following her involvement in the planning and organization of Black Hat Japan, she founded and continues to organize CODE BLUE, one of the world's leading international cybersecurity conferences. She also co-founded the security community AVTOKYO and has served as the Asia Liaison for the U.S.-based Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG), an organization dedicated to combating cybercrime, since 2007. Through these activities, she has played a leading role in building cybersecurity communities in Japan and abroad and fostering international collaboration.

Committed to developing the next generation of cybersecurity talent and promoting international exchange, Shinoda co-founded the Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC) through the International Collaboration Working Group of the Security Camp Association, a Japanese general incorporated association. She also co-founded and continues to organize the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC), an international Capture the Flag (CTF) competition, in collaboration with organizations including the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), Japan's National Cybersecurity Office (NCO), and counterparts in other countries. Her wide-ranging initiatives also include founding LCL-Tokyo, a global community for women in cybersecurity, and the hosting of ICC TOKYO 2025, an international CTF competition, in Tokyo as a jointly hosted public-private event.
Shinoda has served on numerous government expert panels convened by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), National Police Agency (NPA), and Cabinet Secretariat. Through her work bridging industry and government, she has contributed to the advancement of Japan's cybersecurity policy.She currently serves as a Researcher at the Center for Radical Transformation (CRT), Chiba Institute of Technology; an Advisor to Cyber Security Cloud, Inc.; and an Outside Director of GMO Cybersecurity by Ierae, Inc. Her numerous awards and honors include the (ISC)² Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements (ISLA) Award, the JNSA Award, the Information Security Culture Award, the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications' Encouragement Award for Cybersecurity, and the GMO Cybersecurity Awards, including the Grand Prize in 2025 and the Talent Development Award in 2026.
